Conservation
The artifacts obtained have to undergo a conservation process depending on the degree of impairment. Conservation involves all kinds of organic and inorganic University artifacts for the purpose of prolonging its life. The artifacts on display are also cleaned and monitored to protect them from environmental threats. The selection of materials used to repair and conserve artifacts is also emphasised so that it does not add to existing damage. The scope of the artifact conservation process is not set because the various damages require different care and methods.
